IMO those tvm need to be all silver... but it is a thing of taste.

Dont like the CK headsets, campagnolo is simpler and works the 1st time. Even a shimano 600 ultegra with sealed bearings or the hard to get dura ace works better than the CK stuff IMO.

Mine came with a campagnolo mirage, great and super simple headset... i compare it to the really old record models, just simple stuff... removed the mirage, cleaned it, regreased with lithium grease and is pure perfection.

Hi, just went to check out the pictures and you are right, there is a faint thingy in the pictures that indicates that the screw boss for the number hanger is there. Interesting because the team TVM one i have the bosses for the brake cables are different... now need to locate that hanger...

Thanks a lot for mentioning that detail, totally forgot about it.

Hi...that bike was in the hands of the old chairman of the W.V.EEMLAND team... I have no idea if the team back then was yellow and greenish or if this bike was made for him or whats the story behind but I could ask.

The other thing is that has no tab for the number so probably went straight to this gentleman from the factory. Never seen a bike in this colors neither an old gazelle for the team itself ever so probably only a few are moving around? maybe they swapped sponsorship after a season?? who knows, but no pictures what so ever of any of this WVEMMLAND team gazelles from this era. I know the seller had one from back when he was racing in this team.

The team looks like is still active and they jersey colors are red. Im really curious about the story of this one. Once I have any news I will let you guys know. Same with pictures of the bike aswell when arrives here :D

Hey thanks, doubt is going to happen :P Well you have the original picture tho... the reason is because i have no reason to have that bike with an odd group between the stuff i have, besides probably will trade the group for a cyfac proxydium frame :D. Maybe easier to flip than the group at this point, but aluminum is not a thing either lately.

If i had to put shimano dura ace in that gazelle I would try to put the anniversary edition, i know who has 3 boxes of those, the question is the cost. So doubt shimano will be in that frame ever again.

    Sure not a problem :)

Forgot this, my understanding is that this one was one of the spares of Jeroen Blijlevens. Size match the rider and the fork has something written with a sharpie I cant figure it out yet. The other thing is that being a spare those do not see too much action as the regular rides and that could explain why is in such a good condition.

I knew this was going to happen :P I have the dura ace group that came with the bike, the thing is that i had to take it apart for full cleaning and im a campy guy... needed to keep consistency with what I have at home. Since the frame was naked just put what felt right, at least all is silver :P
