£550 ONO
For sale is my beloved Trek. I’ve had this for about 4 years and it’s served me well over hundreds of miles. Reluctant sale to make way for more silly bike purchases.
Very fast and light considering it’s age. This was one of the frames that Lance Armstrong won the Tour de France on. So doping aside, the bike had some pedigree in its day.
There’s some cosmetic wear and tear on the frame but still plenty of years riding left in it. Perfect for someone looking for their first road bike purchase or as a winter training ride.
Would fit anyone around the 6ft - 6ft 2in mark pretty well.
Comes with a mix of Shimano 105 and Dura ace components. Pedals not included.
Available for collection - SE22
Specs as follows:
58cm Top Tube x 60cm Seat tube
Mavic Ksyrium Elite wheels w/ Conti Grand Prix 4000 tyres. These are basically new. Have done no more than about 250 miles on them.
Bontrager carbon cranks (a little wear on these - see photos)
FSA 52/36 Chainrings
Shimano 105 - 10 speed rear cassette and mech. - swapped at same time as wheels so basically new
Shimano 105 front mech
Duraace brakes & swisstop all weather pads -
Brand x stem - 90cm
Ritchey Evocurve bars - 42cm
Shimano 105 shifters
FSA headset

Super interested in the wheels and the Edelux. Reckon you’d be interested in cutting a deal for both of them together?
EDIT - Assuming the whole QR conundrum is solvable. If not might be out sadly :(
