52cm frame, no seat post or handle bar, just frame and forks. Also comes with a spare set of drilled forks for road use. Hand painted, could be with touching up as used as a commuter bike so wasn’t too worried about the paint. Has a split in one of the seat pin lugs, but it used to be a track bike at Herne Hill so this is from constant change of seat height, I’ve used it for years and it’s not caused me any problems , just a bit unsightly
