You can leave Andorra via Port de Cabús and follow it down to LLavorsí. Then take the C13 to Esterri d'Aneu and follow the C147 up to Montgarri and on into the Vall d'Aran. This is is part of the route of Pedals de Foc. When you get to Vielha head to Bossost where you turn for Bagnères-de-Luchon.

No hotels there - food/drink places, hall of residence and a closed cinema. His tracker isn't updating and may be switched off. If he has decided to scratch, Lleida is an easy place for him to get home from (he's from Vic).
