@Tijmen there is a small flat surface and the 2 cylinders will be at 45 degrees. It is not optimal but it will not be too weak.

Parts made of nylon have no problems in the rain. The problem with nylon filaments is when you print with them. The moisture that the nylon attracts causes issues when it passes through the hot nozzle and steam is produced. If you want to make a good print from nylon, the filament has to be dry!

This Kindernay has some nice features over Rolhoff , but it also has proprietary disc rotor and sprocket lockring (are the threads compatible with cassette lockring?). WHY? It should have been designed to use standard parts wherever possible. At least it uses common sprocket interface.
From some videos I saw, it sounds noisier than Rolhoff, is this the case?
