  walkmanman, Sora would be fine by me. Triple really not essential so if you could pm me some pics that would be great. mechy thanks for the offer but I have a 9 speed MTB rear mech already and a wide range cassette so need to 9 spd.

  Looking to swap 172.5mm cranks (just the arms, without spider or chainrings as they are coming off a Quarq) for 170mm. Anyone want to swap? Any type with a removal spider would be great I think.
