  I'm looking to buy a 650c clincher front wheel - preferably alloy/ aluminum. If it's carbon, I'll consider trispokes and other carbon wheels but I'm looking more or less for a shallow rim (not deep dishes).

  Would a ~174 cm rider be able to fit this frame? This looks like a 55 cm effective top tube according to your pictures.
