Are you confirming you wish to purchase my track frame, where are you and what is your offer ?

As you can see from the attached pictures the frame is not drilled for brakes. I bought it as is from a fellow club member who told me the history, Roy also a fellow club member and friend told me he remembers doing the track ends and replacing the brake bridge, I don't know about the front fork.
