anyone seen picts of a threaded mtb fork on a roadie frame? i.e. front end of a mtb mated to the rear of a roadie for that (kinda) low pro look. is that the height of stupidity or smth that sounds potentially fun?

So far the bamboo's fine! Though I'm probably not going to be able to tell whether the bar itself is wobbly due to the shitty clamping/shimming or due to cracks LOL

bridgestone is running a 2x1 set up cause one of the brifters broke ( no points for guessing which) the aerospoke was already on when i bought it secondhand (with SOLID rubber tyres gasp) "bartape" is $0.20 badminton overgrip from china >:)
rusty biek is made from 100% spares and 100% organic! handlebar is shimmed with random aluminium pieces from a broken toy helicopter, and the seatpost was hammered into the seattube cause it just barely fit. its a deathtrap but just puts a smile on my face whenever i ride it.
i know, but then again stupidity is the mother of invention.... wait.. that doesnt sound right..
