@russmeyer hey! sorry to revive an older thread (4 months ago was last update) but had a quick question about what type of fenders you used, type/size? and how did you go about attaching on front fork with rack, i tried zooming in but couldn't quite see in the pic. i have a similar 80s frame im doing a conversion to 650b, it's a nishiki tri-a, very similar in geometry as yours, and has no braze ons for fenders or racks since it was a racey racey bike. thanks dude, great build, very inspired by yours!

Hi there! Sorry to dig up this thread, I know it says it's been like 2 years since the last comment. I'm currently building up my '96 Cannondale R900, previous owner removed all of the decals. I know that vintage cannondale website sells decals, but not the 2.8 series decals, only 3 series: http://shop.vintagecannondale.com/products/1990-cannondale-decal
So may I ask, where did you find the decals for your awesome 'Dale??
Thanks for the response! Ah got it, when i looked up Centurion Tri's I had only seen the fork blades without eyelets, as mine is. Either way, I think I may have to get another fork with a bit more clearance, I think I can get a 650bx38 tire but no fenders. Rear looks fine. Pic attached, I'll update with pics of clearance soon.
What do you think in terms of handlebar tape color?? i wanted to find something like the ones that fade from one color to another. Yellow to white, or yellow to black, etc.. but can't find any except old stock ones on eBay here in the states.
Happy New Year to everyone!
