  Hi guys, I found an old one in my parents garage. Have just switched it to as using a cheapo chinois fixie. This thread has been very helpful.

  It rides OK, but creaks loadly every half turn - even more so when uphill.

  Reading about, it often sounds like the bb - but there is a bit of play in the right crank so I think that might be it.

  Would it be best to change the bb and crank? If so could I do that? Where would be the best place in London to take it if not.
