How do you find zona tubing? How heavy is it?
I am thinking of going the same route, buying bespoke frame that is.
Road bike with clearance for bigger tyres, might as well make space for some cx tires too. Especially since cx forks usually have space for 40mm, makes no sense to build build end with 33mm clearance.
Something pretty similar to your bike, but with thru axle rear.
You said you would choose different tuning, wanting something faster...
Any advice?
What tubing, geometry advice etc...
