I've always just bought whatever was on sale, usually an obscure brand from Planet X or Amazon.. my current ones are Biemme ones although they're now sold out.. The Elite brand on Amazon seem to have good reviews for about £15 http://www.amazon.co.uk/Elite-Cycling-Project-Waterproof-Thinsulate/dp/B00NW8VALA/ but never tried them myself...
