Badgers Return to Epping

I'll be standing in for @BareNecessities to lead a lovely end-of-summer offroad ride in Epping.

The vibe is trundling down leafy singletrack, regular stops at the teahut - not MTBbros on huge jumps.
Lots of options for bailout and refreshments.

You will need a bike with tyres 32 or wider, with a bit of tread.
The ideal bike would probably be a rigid mountain bike.

Bring the tools you need to fix your bike, and some cash for the teahut.

Will be leading a feeder ride out and back from Victoria Park/Hackney Wick area, all offroad.

Would love to, but cracked the right radial head on Monday, so will have to play it by ear depending on recovery/actual ride date

Use your e-cargo bike to take your mtb/gravel bike/hybrid there

you're on thameslink right? easy peasy connection to my ends and we can ride out

some cash for the teahut.

If you forget cash the place over the road accepts cards. I went there once, felt like I was cheating on Mandy.

Think I'll come for the first bit, then bugger off to Cambridge early afternoon.
