IN
I haven't done this for a few years, and keen to head back... Signed-up, and weekend clear.
What are people's thoughts on accomodation? The Tipi's were great in my opinion. I also have a 4 person tent with a seperate section for gear, and sleeping....
I actually don't know how I have come to own it, and depite lending it a few times have never used it myself. I'm happy to bring it with an open offer if anyone wants to share. The cost of accomodation is the erection and dissassembly of said tent while I drink aggressively and bark orders at you.

The tipis appear not to exist any more, Sam.
We stayed at Kite Hill Farm last year and it was relatively pleasant... -

Kite hill is great as it's actually the location of a checkpoint, so no doubling-back on yourself to get that all important stamp on your card.
-
• #12
Mr T4 has registered and is not afraid of a little erecting.
-
• #13
I threw my tent in a skip in a fit of rage at the end of my last camping trip so can I share with you? I promise not to leave a horse's head on your sleeping bag...
-
• #14
Yep, sold.... I can't make the same promise to you though.
All in for a groupsave on the day?
-
• #15
not sure of my plans getting down there but likely to be on the saturday. groupsave could work. but in any case am thinking of camping so will see some of you at the campsite i hope.

Disappointed that no one shouted at me about this... are you all trying to avoid me? I'm in again after having a grand old time last year. I promise to amble this year, apart from on the climb of blackgang which I hope to decimate.
