Apologies for the sexist imagery contained in the video, however the reason for the posting is the clever wordplay between the name of the town where the ride begins and the name of the artist. The humour lies in the overlap of the letters 'ching'.

Apparently the name Chingford has nothing to do with there not being any fords over the nearby river Ching

No more WNKR for me for this year. Have spent the last 3 weeks doing nothing that resembles exercise and eating much ghee-based food. No-one deserves to see me die miserably on anything that resembles a hill after that. See you in 2015.
