LFGSS Track Day IX

LFGSS Track Day IX - 23rd August 2014

The latest installment of the LFGSS track series. The thread for VIII is here .

We had over 30 men and 10 women turn up last time and some great racing. Let's get even more for this one.

I will need a few volunteers on the day, someone to count the laps and a couple to take scores. So if you can't race get involved.

You will need to have passed your induction to the track to race, this can be done on Saturdays at 1pm-2pm and can be done on the day before the racing starts. Hire bikes will be available so don't worry about having your own bike, but if you do, make sure it is track legal. Drops, both wheels the same size, bar ends, not a conversion, no brakes etc.

Prizes and sponsors tbc.
Entry is £10 if we have under 20 participants, £8 if over. This just covers track hire.

There will be 2 categories for men, 1 for women, unless more turn up. So don't worry about feeling quick, get involved. You don't necessarily have to win to get a prize...

Even if you don't want to race, come along, sit in the sun and shout at some people to go faster. It's always a good day out.

The schedule will be shamelessly reused from the last one as I think it worked very well, unless there is any specific changes you guys want made.
