The final night of Dummy Jim's tour of England 2015 - bang in the centre of England's capital city.
"Very beautiful and utterly bonkers" (The List****) "A totally unique mixture of documentary, fiction and playful visual poetry." (EIFF 2013)
Unique British film Dummy Jim explores the eccentric adventures of profoundly deaf long-distance cyclist James Duthie who hailed from the close-knit Aberdeenshire fishing community of Cairnbulg and Inverallochy.
In 1951, he set out on a lone cycling tour to Morocco. After three months of pedalling, he reached the Arctic Circle.
12 years in the making, director Matt Hulse crafts a multi-layered memorial to a quietly determined maverick and the community that shaped him, with present-day village inhabitants emerging as creative participants.
Deaf actor Samuel Dore leads.
Director Matt Hulse will introduce his film.
Captioned screening plus Q&A led by Gareth Evans with English/BSL interpretation by Jo Ross.
PLUS a live set from electronica duo The Twelve Hour Foundation.

Don't worry about formatting, just type in the text and we'll take care of making sense of it. We will auto-convert links, and if you put asterisks around words we will make them bold.
Tips:
Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----
To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word
To **bold** text put two asterisks each side of the word
Embed images by entering: ![](https://www.google.co.uk/images/srpr/logo4w.png) That's the hard one: exclamation, square brackets and then the URL to the image in brackets.
* Create lists by starting lines with asterisks
1. Create numbered lists by starting lines with a number and a dot
