Anyone club recommendations around Chigwell/Woodford etc

New to the area and looking at joining a club to stay regular and meet new people. Wondering if there are any recommendations?

Redbridge Cycling Club, Lee Valley CC, 6AM are some nearby clubs. Lots of cyclists and groups start their rides from the Miller & Carter on Woodford New Road. You're in a good spot.

It depends on what sort of club you want, i.e. social focused, race focused, audax focused?

Miller and Carter meet spot is a good shout. Redbridge/Lea Valley/ELV are prob your best bet to start, 6AM meet down in Walthamstow so maybe slightly far out.

Yeah I messaged the 6am folks sometime back as Miller and Carter is like 5 mins from my place. But never received any response.

Will checkout the other clubs. Redbridge is good but if I remember, there start point is a bit far away

Sorry you didn't receive a response but like I say, you'd be going down to E17 just to come back out the same direction every ride.
