20-15mm by 100mm wheel axle conversion bit desperate!

these are plentiful on ebay but would prefer not to wait or buy new, the cupboard seems to have eaten mine

to be clear, these are tubes to fit into a 20mm axle hub leaving a 15mm diameter hole for a 15mm axle and I am looking for a nonboost 100mm version please
