Lock up / beater bike

Unfortunately my new flat doesn't have any possibility of indoor bike storage and no cycle hoops storages available nearby so i'm looking for a bike of little value to lock up in the street.

-58/60 cm frame
-Chunky tires favourable 32c minimum but ill be intersted in anything
-Flat / swept bars no drops
-Gears would be nice but open to ss.
-2 Brakes
-No shiny paint
-Full working order ( I will service brakes / gears if needed but I dont want to replace any parts)

£200 budget

Can collect anyway in London within reason

Might be a little too small / over budget but the kind of thing im looking for defintley.
