WTB Shimano 2*10 mechanical shifters

I am looking for 2*10 spds mechanical Shimano shifters with internal routing and rim braking, last editions basically:

• 105 ST-5700
  
• Ultegra ST-6700
  
• Dura Ace ST-7900

I got a pair of shimano 105 5700. one issue the right shifter sometimes skips a gear will need a strip and clean and lub .have read about the grease goes hard .£30 .
