Chas Roberts steel track pista frame and forks

Ok so here goes.
I’ve been keeping this for a very long time due to my love of Roberts bikes but I’m moving now and realistically could do with the space.
It’s been wrapped and stored on my dry loft so no rust or anything untoward
I appreciate its not on the cheap side but it wasn’t cheap to begin with and try finding another one..
I’ll post at cost/insurance
It can be picked up in Ayr. I’m moving to Cambridge so can bring it down or I can also bring to London next weekend (16/17).

Chas Roberts track frame and fork
Probably built circa 1985
All steel. Most likely a mix of Reynolds and Columbus as was his trademark but there are no stickers etc to give this away
Approx 55/56 square but I’ll measure precisely for anyone that’s interested and once I dig it out.
It’s been rechromed and repainted but barely used since if at all. Forks are full chrome as are the rear dropouts and in excellent condition.
Colours are metallic champagne (type) with white writing
Forks and frame Roberts pantographed
Campagnolo front and rear dropouts
Cinelli cast bottom bracket shell
Guerciotti lugs. Guerciotti star on the bottom of the head tube one. Basically the best of that era.
One inch threaded forks
No dents, cracks, rust etc. Some minor storage marks but that’s it.
Asking £450 and that’s less than I paid

Now we’re finally getting to the forgotten gems tucked in the loft! BTW Cam is possibly not the best place for curing bike addiction... GLWS! :)

Haha thank you. Aye I noticed that when I visited Cam, more bikes than London! Got waaaay more tucked away but it’s all a slow process ;) cheers mate. T
