Ahhh ok… I was thinking about my old ellipse Wheelset which was just a normal lock ring.

I have loads of those lock rings.

Don’t know of a specific shop, but condor is usually my first bet as they have loads of individual spares and bits.

yeah its for an ellipse. other forums suggest you should get the specific one or you'll damage the threads

You ever have a problem getting a standard one on and off?

Would you look at that… didn’t realise they were French 1 mm. I guess the lock rings must’ve been 1 mm too then and I never realised. Sold them with the rims.
Didn’t have the wheel set for long to be fair.
But yeah, I would try condor, SBC, brick Lane bikes maybe?
