I bought this to try it out on my gravel/atb but think I prefer a telescopic sus/dropper post.
It’s the G4 ST which translates to 4th (newest) generation standard travel.
It’s 340mm from rails to bottom of post, 240mm from rails to minimum insert.
Being the G4 it has the single bolt rail clamp which I found worked great, only had one slip from it when I went through a pothole going no hands so all my weight was on the saddle.
The post is 27.2mm and I’ll include a Cane Creek 27.2-31.6mm shim. The shim sat in a 3 month or so old frame and the post has only been fitted inside that shim so both are in mint condition.
Soft and hard elastomers are also included along with the currently fitted medium.
I bought this new in packaging off eBay mid August and have only used it for 2 or 3 decent length rides plus a bit of commuting etc.
I’d take £75 posted which is considerably less than the post cost me and the shim was about £15 on top.
