Yes, I’m getting back into my cycling again after a long break away. So, fully intend to stick around.

With my son coming along the desire to get fit took on a new dimension.

So, I started weight training and watching what I eat 5 months ago. Have lost 40 lbs with 14 left to go. The cycling will help balance out the weight training :)

Thanks! Nope, been out here for a few months visiting family and to have our son, so he has dual nationality from birth. We figured why not. So it’s a part of his heritage 😊
