Don't want to be a dick but you're way off with price. And your photos are not showing it to best effect. And you need to provide frame details - what grade if steel etc - if you're going to sell it at all.

Year, model etc. Shot of Condor head tube badge. All that will help.

700 is very high. Just to manage your expectations a bit.

The bike hasnt been ridden in the past years hence the condition.
i believe it is a 2002 or 2009 condor pista model. I cannot find info about tubing.
Price wise,
wheelset - 250
sugino crankset, sugino bb, chainring and mks pedals - 150
frameset and the rest - 200
550 for the complete bike, sounds fair?
