These look like the Taiwanese touring framesets that where commonplace around 2010. There was also an audax model.

The first link says they did an audax model. That makes sense. As I said the factory pushing them out did both. Never road one but they always reviewed well.
Picked this up earlier today in a bit of a state
First thing is to find out why the rear wheel is not sitting straight
Then flat bat conversion and 1x crankset to simplify things for daughter
If anyone knows anything about the frame I'd be interested as I can't find anything online.
