Front light mount

Looking for one of these guys, or something similar to do the job pictured of mounting an upright headlight beneath a front rack with a side-on thread. Anyone got something I could use please? Thanks

Maybe a cut-up chainring with an extra long bolt to hold the light, using two of the existing chainring bolt holes? Like so...

Another option is to make one from an old Weinmann brake as in this picture.
Soma actually put these into production under the name Wingmann - thirty of your lovely English quid.
