I have an old bike running what I'm pretty sure is one of these:
https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/brakes/diacompe-brs101-front-track-frame-brake-25-mm-clamp-fitting-silver/
But managed to stupidly lose one of the [little bracket-y feet things that go in between the yoke mounting plate and the band clamps that go round the fork itself]. If anyone knows what they're called that would be a great start! I'll call it a "foot" for now.
Frustratingly the band clamp things seem to be 5 quid each to replace, but I can't see anywhere selling "feet" separately. Indeed the only option I can see is this complete set with a caliper as well, what I don't need.
Anyone got a lost one kicking around?
Alternative LBS offered to drill the fork for less than that set. Should I just go for that? It feels out of keeping with the spirit of the build, but cuts out bits to lose I suppose...
