wtd: Tourer/Gravel frame size 56 to 60cm for a project

Max budget for frame only £100, part build 150, complete 250.
Steel preferably, something surly-esche , brother-esche...dawes galaxy you know..decent clearance, mounts etc etc
Nothing too flashy colour wise.
Collection South east london near se13 ideally, or near the shop in camberwell se5.
Or posted if the one.

Got this unknown 531 frame and fork, 59cm seatpost.

Takes long drop calipers with nice clearance for about 32mm tyres.

Will need posting but will be well under your budget.
