Black Dolan Pre-cursa fixed gear/track bike 54cm

Selling my beloved fixed gear bike as it just isn't getting as much use as it should.

I bought the frame during 2020 and rebuilt the bike up from a previous set up. The bike as it looks has had hardly any use since being built. The wheels are coming up to 10 years old but, before 2020, were rarely used - only for fixed gear crits and on the track (I had a dedicated and cheaper set of wheels for everyday road use).

The wheels are H Plus Son Archetypes with American Classic track hubs. The wheels roll very well and it is a strong and lightweight wheelset. Since 2020, the wheels have had more use on the roads but they are as good as new - albeit with the odd cosmetic mark on the rim from the odd stone here and there. In general, the whole bike has barely been used since being rebuilt.

The chainring is worth mentioning, which is a bespoke, hand-machined product from an engineer in California. The make is AARN and it has 49 teeth. It's a beautifully unique chainring and is highly sought after by many fixed gear racers for its strength and stiffness.

The fixed cog currently is 18T. I have a few more of different sizes that I'm happy to throw in with the purchase of the bike.

Will also throw in a fixed gear specific chainwhip/lockring tool.

The fork is carbon with an integrated alloy steerer tube and is drilled to allow a front brake to be installed - I'm happy to throw in a front brake and lever that I've used on this bike.

The chain is less than a year old, as is the bottom bracket. The cranks are SRAM Omniums (165mm).

It has a Level setback carbon seatpost and a Charge spoon saddle.

This is a bike that's been well cared for and would suit anyone wishing to buy their first track-specific bike or an experienced street fixed gear rider.

Does not come with pedals.
