disc or rim? I have some ultegra 6870 Di2 rim shifters - but they are BNIB so won't be the cheapest you could get.
A couple of tips:
work out where your battery is going to be before you buy the cables so you can get the right lengths)
if your cables are going to slap around inside the frame (usually downtube) you can put zip ties along the cable which act to damp it
if you get second hand consider getting new hoods for the shifters - it makes it feel like a brand new bike...!

That’s some great advice, thanks!
Rim brake - I just picked up this old Canyon Ultimate which looks in great nick.
I think Ultegra 8050 might be the sweet spot but open to seeing what’s around.Looking forward to getting it together!

Oh great! I still don’t actually know what those are but will hit you both up once I’ve got the frame and figured things out

What's your budget? I've got a rim brake DA 9000 group minus cranks I need to list and shift but would need north of £500..

Still figuring out what’s reasonable. Hoping circa £300 could get me 8050

Ah ok no probs, yeah if willing to slowly piece together then Ultegra is a lot more reasonable and does the job!

Do you need cranks .mate has 105/ Ultrega cranks.
Looking for a partial Di2 group - Shifters, front and rear mechs and relevant batteries + cables.
It’s my first time with an electronic groupset so any guidance would be welcome!
