I’m after a few bits to complete a build, namely a clutched rear mech that’ll do at least 42t in a 1x setup and a compatible shifter and cassette. Not bothered about matching parts. In fact, cheap is best as long as everything works.
In Bristol, happy to cough up for postage.

I've got a mini-group of Deore 5100 11spd from a cancelled project - prices are current sale prices at Merlin but the rear mech is out of stock:
Shimano Deore M5100 Rear Derailleur £34
Shimano Deore M5100 Cassette 11-51 £42
Shimano Deore M5100 Gear Lever £20
Total Merlin price: £96
It's all brand new, I had already chucked the box for the rear mech when the plug was pulled but it (weirdly) all fits in the box for the shifter. Complete with the shift cables/ends. Can't see I'm ever going to use it now, so... How about £70 posted?

Thanks! This stuff may be a bit nice for the bike path plodder I‘m constructing but I may be in touch if I can’t find some budget gear!
