I'm sure there's lots of information on the internet about various grades of aluminium and their pros and cons. Mostly the stronger they are the thinner tubes that can be used so the lighter the handlebar is. Whether that is better or not is up for debate. The best handlebar is the one that is the most comfortable for you really.

My question was exactly because I was not able to understand all the technicalities and maybe here someone could help me understand if out of the 2 one could be Better.
From an aesthetic point of view the 2014 seems to be more in line with the rest of the bike while the 6061 matches exactly with the stem.
Apart from this I don't have much more reason why I was asking about the alloy. Thanks

The problem is that the people who do understand the technicalities are not always the best at putting their knowledge into a form that the layman can interpret.
Also you could probably ask 5 experts and get 5 different answers as each alloy will have different characteristics that make it the ‘best’ in one way but not another.

It will make zero noticeable difference.

The material employed is less important than how well it's employed. Looking at differences between various aluminium alloys is truly splitting hairs, and is certain to be irrelevant to 99% of folks. Use the bars you like best, whether that's because of shape, weight, looks, or condition.

Thanks a lot guys, appreciated:)
Hello,
I have a question on handlebars. I have an alloy 2014 installed on my bianchi via nirone 7. I have found another handlebar in my shed, this one being 6061. Which of the 2 is "better" ?
Thanks
