LOOK Mi80r retro MTB -SOLD

Hi all!

Selling this bike that I sadly never use.
Apologies for the lazy description below, it's a copied and pasted mix from private messages exchanged with couple forum peeps after I mentioned thinking of selling on the retro MTB thread. Hope there's enough info on there...

Frame size: seat tube is 52.5 ctc / 55 ctt, top tube is 58.5 ctc.
Groupset is mix and match, though mainly period correct: front and rear mech, canti brakes are all matching Deore LX. I didn't want square taper cranks (I used to de-square them when mountain biking in my youth) so used more modern hollow/splined axle Truvativ cranks, which look a bit like the old LX crankset (5 bolts spider, not the later stuff with 4 bolts). Hubs are Deore too, from earlier era. Shifters are the nice Shimano Deore thumbshifters (not the later rapidfire ones).
Tires are brand new but a tat on the large side, they do clear the rear triangle but by only few mm (plenty of space to the front). I was contemplating shaving the knobs, or swap for 2.1 (these are 2.25 I think), but never got round doing it. I can include another tire set (no name slick ones, tan walls, smaller at 1.95 from memory).
I've also sourced, but haven't installed, a period correct Look saddle (same as the one on catalogues where that bike would originally be found), not ripped and which should be useable but the inner plastic structure is cracked (was vaguely thinking of transferring the Look branded cover onto a similarly shaped saddle). That would be included too.
Most components are in really good / near new condition, rim dark grey anodisatiom isn't yet fully removed on the braking surface. Frame is well preserved for its age, scratches here and there, most have been touched up (by me) when I bought it (from someone on the forum).
Based in South East London, but could meet on Chelsea weekdays.
