MTB tyres 26x1.95 or 2.1 90’s xtr and kore stem

Just bought a 90’s gt sts which has come with slicks, looking for some lightweight folding knobbly tyres.
Don’t have to be super aggressive will mostly be used on fire roads.
Also in search of a black kore stem xtr rear mech/trigger shifters.
