I just fitted an iso Tange Seiki in my Record Ace last week. Ptobably fairly good odds your Pioneer would be iso too.
Headset press is definitely better but I've done tmany headsets with hammer and wood.
Stack measurement sounds good, presuming there's no spacers in there just now.
I have an 80s/ 90s Raleigh Pioneer that I want to replace the headset. It has a black tange one fitted currently. Would this most likely be ISO? How do I measure stack height, steerer minus headtube?
Finally, I am going to tap the cups out and tap new one in with a block of wood if that's acceptable.
Thanks
