Rerouting hydraulic brake cables

I have acquired a new set of bars for my gravel bike that use internal cable routing.

My bike has Shimano hydraulic brakes.

I would like to fit the new bars and use the internal routing.

However, I have never had to do anything like this with hydraulics before - is there a good guide online anywhere? I have had a search but my Google-fu is obviously weak.

Look on YouTube for the GCN tech videos. There’s one on shortening Shimano hydraulic brake hoses, which essentially takes you through the steps of disconnecting, draining, refitting and bleeding the brakes, even though you may not need to cut your hoses to reroute them.
