I rented nice road bikes at this place in Palafrugell
https://www.granfondocommunity.com/es/there are a few places in girona. I've never been but if you search on here they will get a mention, I'm sure.
Ashleigh Moolman-Pasio has a place with rooms and rental bikes somewhere near rocacorba

Little bit further north than I'm gonna be, but ta. That place does look good (and reasonable).

Well, I found one in Cambrils called Mariné Bicicletes, which was excellent. Hired an Orbea Orca with 105 Di2 for around €40 a day. Now I want Di2. Recommend if you're in the area.

I've just got back from Girona and got bikes from EatSleepCycle. I can't recommend the location or shop highly enough, what an absolute paradise.

Re Eat Sleep Cycle Girona, just a bit of balance - myself (and club) have been using ESC every year since opening 2017 (when Irish Brian was around, and they were one physical shop). This month however I noticed a real difference - fair play they've expanded into the separate clothing shop, rental shop and coffee shop but with that expansion the personal touch has very much gone...
Bike I paid for in Jan (Basso) wasn't in stock when I arrived - only bike they had available was a Topstone ffs - was met with a shoulder shrug when queried, and to get stem replaced and basic bike fit sorted was like asking if I could take a shit on the floor.
Changed times - personally I won't be showing them any loyalty in future.
Anyone got any experience/recommendations for hiring a road bike in Barcelona or Catalonia in general? Heading out at the end of March for the Volta a Catalunya and fancy a few days in the hills/mountains round there. Ta in advance.
