OT: Original model Pro-Ject Juke Box turntable

  • This was my first big purchase I saved up for in my late teens, has been well loved and looked after ever since but with all my belongings about to go into indefinite storage for the third time in as many years it's feeling like time to move on from owning records

I originally went for this particular system because I was a teenager and just wanted something that would play records, its main selling point being that it's an integrated turntable, phono stage, and decent amplifier all in one (ie. only needs a pair of speakers, rather than needing all the separate pieces, and I didn't have much space then). It has three phono line-outs (had a Chromecast Audio, radio, and general aux cable hooked up to them) and last year I upgraded the cartridge (to an Ortofon OM 10), which made a noticeable difference. Goes decently loud on the Monitor Audio speakers i've always had it set up with

Was £500 new then, gonna say 250 obo now. Collection from Camberwell or we can prob discuss couriering, still have its original packaging.
