Cannondale R500 Flatbar 57cm

Cannondale R500 CAAD3, £250.

Flatbar conversation of a classic with the original Slice fork and ‘Handmade in the USA’ sticker. Really quick and amazing to ride round London - accelerates and responds brilliantly. Built up by Seabass with new bottom bracket, tiagra brakes and shifters, 4700 tiagra crankset and Mavic Kysriums. In good mechanical condition, though lots of chips to the paint, particularly on the toptube and fork. It runs really smoothly and quietly; I’d be holding on to it if I hadn’t just had a baby.

Wheels & Tyres: Mavic Ksyrium Elite S wheelset with Michelin Pro4 endurance tyres
