Got this with some G-Ones that are too new to toss (multiple shreddage on just one city ride). I’m trying puncture repairs on the inside…

Could try trimming down or removing the plug on the inside then patching the inside.

Sell it to someone willing to use it with a tube?

Tyre boot/puncture repair on inside of tyre surely.

Yes that would be my first step. And it that doesnt works, I am going to stick a tube in and just get on with it I suppose

sounds like a good idea. Will give this a go

I've patched inside a couple of times with good results after large woodscrew punctures. Trim the plug flush, clean up really thoroughly and glue in a thick inner tube patch or tyre boot.

I would sew it from the inside with a curved needle and some strong thread and then place a classic patch on it.

it leaks air when filling it upto 5-6 bar
Seeing as they're rated 70psi maximum, I'm not surprised...
I'd patch it inside with a regular patch, and inflate to just over half that pressure
Got new Teravail Canonball and basically did 20miles in them when got a puncture.
I have used the plug like twice on this and still it leaks air when filling it upto 5-6 bar.
Took it to a fancy bike shop near my area and their default response was to replace it which doesnt sits right with me somehow.
Wondering if you have any experience to help me out here. Should taking both plugs out and retrying be an option? or taking it to another bike shop for repair?
I quite frankly just dont want to dispose it off without trying much.
