Is this 59 square? Wondering/hoping if the top tube is shorter...

Actually the measurements are:
58cm TT
60cm STSo a high standover but shorter reach...which I guess means comfier over longer distances?
Edit: for reference I'm 183cm and it works for me, although at the upper end of what's comfortable.

Now listed on the bay, withdrawing from sale here. If anyone is interested, I went with eBay's suggested list price which is attractively low to entice buyers.
Recently bought this Thorn Audax and realise I probably don't need as much load-carrying capacity/sturdiness as I thought.
Comes with largely original Deore LX groupset including buttery smooth and bombproof Parallax hubs to Mavic Open Sport rims, Dura-Ace (I think) bar-end shifters, RX100 long drop calipers, black Brooks saddle etc.
Frame has a couple noteable areas of paint loss and has been touched up in a fairly scruffy way over the years. However the zingy blue enamel still looks fit af imo and patina gives it character but as they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder etc.
It's labelled as Reynolds 531 Competition and I've no reason to doubt it. Given the age, it's almost definitely pre-Taiwan era and was likely built by a reputable frame-builder. I haven't contacted Thorn about provenance but sure they could shed some light on this.
Asking for £340 including the new tyres, £300 without.
Collection from N16.
Cheers,
Ben
