I would forget about sentimental value- this is after all, run of the mill bike and would be much much cheaper and faster sourcing same frameset or indeed full bike for less than repair will cost, not to mention repaint etc. Use head, not heart in such instance is my advice....

if it was me, i'd purchase a new frameset and paint it a similar colour. New stays would cost around 120 quid + paint i think. If there is a lot of sentimental value, I'd take it to winston vaz (he's on holiday at the moment though) or sixfour frameworks in London (adrian is great), phoenix hotworks has been only good from what i've heard, i also spoke to him but overall would recommend winston and adrian the most because I've spoken to them a lot. winston and adrian have 40+yrs experience.

Id have to agree with others - i realise the sentimental value is a loss but just get a new frame
My Steel frame Peugeot road bike frame as badly bent when someone tried to nick it, does anyone know of anyone/company who could undertake repair/rebuild?
Seat stays need replacing and probably chain stays as well.
I'm based in London but happy to ship the frame.
I've only ever owned one bike and cycled it for 22 years so it has mad sentimental value for me ... !
Thanks
