QR rear axle cone & 25.4mm seatpost

After the following.

A rear axle cone for a carrera MTB. its QR and badly worn.. or can anyone point me in the right direction online?

Also need a 25.4mm Seatpost for an old Vinder bicycle.

Thanks, I'm Belfast.. so not handy.. prob not worth your while posting.. I found a 25mm post, so might try and shim it out with coke tins..
