Hey, that could be an option. Do you have a frame in mind and if so would you send a pic? Thanks!

Frame would have to be sourced...well, have a couple of italian 54cm roadie frames that have been sandblasted and primed, but still need a paintjob. Probs not within the 350 remit tho.
But as I said, a frame wouldn't be hard to find. -

Hey Katy,
I have this complete bike available that suits most of your criteria bar the drop handlebars. It would be easy to change to flats. The frame was hand built by Geoffrey Russ at Bell Street Bikes in the early eighties and has nice lugs. It was resprayed by armourtech about 5 years ago and is in good condition, no dents or dings, a few chips.
It is Reynolds 531 except for the stays, and is 53cm ctc.
I’d be looking for £300 plus postage

Hi there.
Looking for a commuter bike for my good friend who's just starting out riding to work.
Looking for a complete build, preferably with an attractive frame (vintage would be ideal, but open to anything at the mo) 52-54cm, with around 5 gears. Flat bars as opposed to drops would be preferred.
London based.
Thanks!
