wanted: various bits - brakes/rack/shoes/pedals

Hello,

I've got my old bike locked in the stairwell of my block and it hasn't been touched for the past 6 months or so. It could be the perfect summer rat however, it's currently fixed and my knees cannot take it anymore, hence why it's never getting used.

I'm looking for a few bits to convert it to a nice single speed. I'm hoping someone may have the below parts for relatively cheap in London (I'm based in SE5 but obv happy to travel)

Things I need for this are -

2 x v brakes/brake calliper (my jargon is off, but its an old steel track frame with 25c tyres, so something that would fit)
2 x brake levers (to fit 25.4mm handlebars)
1 x front rack - pretty keen for a pizza rack type thing, but open to anything

I am also looking for some clipless pedals/shoes -

1 x pair spd pedals - ideally the type that are flat so allow for normal shoes)
1 x pair mtb shoes - ideally something lightweight/not too bulky, in a 10 if possible.
