The Krampus is 483 A-C … the CDF fork is 400mm
That’s a massive difference in geometry. What bike do you have?

Hey @D_Mars thanks for your input (sorry just seen the reply).
Yes big difference - I clearly hadn't done my research properly
The bike is a 2004 kona explosif currently with a rigid salsa fork which measures 430mm A-C... so I've been having a look for something closer to this. I'm watching a Surly Troll fork on ebay but it's the suspension corrected version at 450mm... Which from what I understand is probably too much. But I can't figure out how long the original fork would've been!

2004 explosif would have had sus so you will need the corrected version

I have carbon exotic forks on a bike with the blades wrapped in inner tube and bottle cages zip tied on - works a treat if unconcerned about aesthetics and only looking to attach cages and not racks

Got a non-suspension corrected genesis longitude fork (qr) that measures 430mm or 435mm/if I recall. Although it's yellow ( the 2018 model I think) it's in good nick. can send a pm with photos and measurements if you're interested?
Hey LFGSS family
On the hunt for a 1 1/8 rigid disk fork (QR) with some rack / fork bag mounts for my old mtb. Something like the surly krampus or genesis cdf fork. Anyone got one they're willing to part with?
Cheers
Cameron
