FS Clearout - Hope 700c XDR rear, 8.5 Altras, Mission Workshop, Ingrid/Ratio 1x12 Group

Posting initially without pictures as I just have so much to clear I keep procrastinating it - requests for details will spur me on to do something about it
Big clearout as moving, concentrating funds on 2 bikes and abandoned various builds... not realising how much was accumulating
Might have some delays on getting stuff out as I'm burning the candle at both ends, but otherwise I'm hopefully listing everything below ebay used prices, if I'm well off do drop an offer, have sat on these for a while and exhausted my brain thinking of prices for so many bits!

Drivetrain -

SRAM Force 1 x 11 HRD Shifters + Ingrid Rear Mech 46t cage Hard Ano + SRAM Red + Force post mount caliper pair w/ hoses
NIB bits - Garbaruk 10-52t XDR rear cassette, Silver + Aarn 38t Silver/Acid 12spd Chainring + X01 Chain + Ratio 12spd cam
Apart from the NIB bits, the rest of the above is used and the set is with the Ingrid Ratio fin but without the Ingrid long cage, but otherwise complete. Grouped together with an intention to run super light and have a wide gear range on a Cannondale Topstone - however I since switched to 2x AXS for the sake of blips and 2x XPLR compatibility which I could only do with synchronised shifting mode, and aim to do light gravel on the endurance road bike rather than build a separate gravel bike
I'd rather sell it as a set for £1000 -> £900 -> £800 but would consider splits

Before listing it properly with a new thread and new pics, I also have a well used Trek Crockett 52cm 2017, CX bike that I've used for weaving through London traffic as well as bikepacks on road and gravel

Gradually upgraded from a mechanical disc, 11spd, rival bike from here,

Now ran with Sram Force HRD x Ratio 12sp, 44t chainring, Eagle 10-50t, Hope BB and paint chips and well used drivetrain, marks to the front dropout as had to dremel a seized axle off
Servicing before sale
Tons of spares included - 50t and 40t front chainrings, mudguard mounts, mech hangers, spokes, axle/qr/freehub converters for running the Novatec/Hydra wheelset on future bikes

Eep caught me a bit unprepared, the bike is still in the shop for last bits of maintenance and they're a bit behind, I've uploaded pics above of it although the final sale will be without saddle, pedals, TTs and bags - although actually I'll chuck in the Mack half frame bag as it's quite knackered (zip broken, one strap fraying)

I've not got detailed pics of the paint and drivetrain wear, and the cassette in particular is towards the end of its life, should also put on new handlebar tape
..But there will be a 44t front chainring with lots of life, Garbaruk oversized pulleys (for cassette clearance), Deda carbon stem and Thomson masterpiece post.
Could split the Aarn 38t ring onto that if interested in adding it on
